Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to work in varied temperature environments
Willingness to maintain a high energy level
Basic reading and comprehension skills
Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Job Duties

Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
Build customer loyalty
Up sell and meet customers needs
End customer transaction with a thank you, come again
Respond to emergency situations and perform duties in line with hazard communications and injury prevention manuals
Clean facility and equipment including restrooms, pump islands, car wash areas, ovens, counters, and utensils
Collect payment through cash or debit and encourage other purchases
Interact positively with the public and resolve basic customer service issues
Communicate effectively face to face and by phone
Prepare fast food for sale following recipes and sanitation standards
Adhere to company food safety standards
Manage cash, merchandise, and equipment during shift
Instruct customers on self-serve equipment use
Prepare reports on funds and products sold
Take inventory, count money, and balance reports
Operate and maintain facility equipment safely
Stock all shelves including walk-ins
Maintain accurate time records
Keep assigned areas clean and orderly
