Job Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills with ability to escalate
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check, non-DOT physical, and possibly a credit check
  • Physical ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Specific vision and hearing abilities
  • Mobility and dexterity to use office equipment and handle physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Handle reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limousines for inbound aircraft
  • Process fuel invoices accurately
  • Display strong customer service skills consistently
  • Effectively multitask to meet various demands
  • Communicate effectively both in written and oral form
  • Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
