Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to communicate in a clear and energetic voice with guests over the phone and inside the restaurant
- Must be able to retain knowledge in regards to recipes, product procedures, and point of sale system
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Communicate clearly and energetically with guests over the phone and inside the restaurant
- Retain knowledge of recipes, product procedures, and the point of sale system
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take accurate orders and process them efficiently using the point of sale system
- Assist with restaurant operations and ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Participate in paid training sessions to develop customer service skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
