Job Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
- Customer service and/or training experience preferred
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Requires the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Requires the ability to lift and/or push objects weighing up to 40lbs, in addition to being able to bend, twist, and stand in order to perform normal job functions
- Prior experience handling cash and credit transactions preferred

Job Duties
- Provides customer support-greets customers-takes food orders and handles customer inquiries regarding the menu-looks for opportunities to suggestive sell
- Works directly in the unit with other associates to ensure compliance with service and brand standards
- Transfers products and supplies from storage to work area and assists with specific food finishing job tasks prior to serving the item to customers
- Processes transactions on the MICROS POS units
- receives cash or credit card payments and processes accordingly
- ensures compliance with company cash-handling requirements
- Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed
- maintains cleanliness and safety protocols in the work area
