Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
- Ability to stand for most work periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and operate equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- Customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to use computers or touch screens for order entry
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Communicate verbally and in writing to process orders and provide customer service
