Job Requirements
- Ability to operate all necessary store equipment
- capability to stock, prepare, and maintain inventory
- proficiency in receiving and processing orders accurately
- skills to maintain cleanliness and safety in the store
- basic arithmetic skills
- capability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, stooping, and climbing as necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- experience in customer service is an advantage
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- adaptability to varying work conditions and temperatures
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- communicate effectively with customers and team members to process orders
- make correct monetary change
- enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
