Job Duties

  • Greets patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assists individuals by providing directions and information about their destinations within the facility
  • Utilizes the visitor check-in system to ensure proper tracking and access
  • Maintains a welcoming and organized front desk environment
  • Provides administrative and operational support during the supervisor's absence
  • Helps ensure seamless front desk operations and a positive customer experience
