Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and sometimes later to close the office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service, office, clerical, administrative, receptionist or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for customers
  • Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Communicate with field teams to assist with daily operations
  • Promote company culture and maintain a positive team attitude
  • Identify and assess customer needs through multiple communication channels
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by scheduling estimates and assisting wherever needed
