Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must report to work dressed appropriately as defined in the employee handbook
  • Attire can be formal, traditional, or business casual attire
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required
  • Successfully pass continual training, security and employment requirements
  • Must possess acceptable English language skills including speaking, reading, writing and comprehension
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance
  • stoop, kneel and crouch or crawl
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to type, handle bags, boxes, objects or controls
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Vision abilities include, with or without corrective lenses, close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Sufficient auditory ability, with or without audiological devices, to interact with the public, decipher radio communications, and hear alarms including vehicle and other warning signals

Job Qualifications

  • HS diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Time management skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Dependable, trustworthy and consistent with following procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests
  • answer inquiries
  • contact staff when appointments arrive
  • Escort visitors to security secured offices
  • Accept packages and inform staff when they arrive
  • Distribute daily mail
  • Answer phone lines
  • Professionally communicate over two-way radio, telephone, and email
