Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or maneuver up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and proactive work ethic
- Ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to additional roles and responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating welcoming and positive interactions
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, setting a friendly tone for their visit
- Manage VIP appointments and ensure clients are directed to the appropriate team members
- Coordinate front desk operations, including receiving and directing incoming calls
- Track sales inquiries using our CRM system effectively
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Assist customers with inquiries directed to the reception desk, ensuring all questions are answered
- Take on additional roles and responsibilities as necessary, adapting to the needs of the business
