  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual skills preferred
