Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- clear and effective communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- clear and upbeat speaking voice
- memorized knowledge of the menu
- ability to process orders using a touch screen computer system
- customer service experience is an asset
Job Duties
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- have a memorized knowledge of our menu
- handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers
- prepare all food products
- clean, sweep and help keep the front of the store clean
