Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • minimum 3 years driving experience
  • valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
  • preferred 1-2 years customer service experience or at least 1 year related experience
  • route management, retail and merchandising experience preferred
  • ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
  • food and beverage experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel to client sites
  • passionate about providing world class service
  • able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis

Job Duties

  • Responsible for site visits and client retention
  • assist branches with grand openings
  • ensure compliance with local and national account standards including corporate compliance reporting
  • develop and implement action plans to improve sales and control food waste and operational shrinkage
  • develop account-level incremental sales plans in collaboration with local management and track performance to boost profitability
  • coordinate efforts to enhance customer retention and client experience at points of sale
  • build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales, and introduce new products to increase revenue
  • drive compliance to merchandising standards
  • assess performance through quarterly district evaluations
  • perform route driver duties including product delivery and vending equipment maintenance as needed
