Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- 3 years driving experience required
- valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license with a good driving record
- 1-2 years experience in customer service preferred
- minimum 1 year related experience
- route management experience preferred
- retail and merchandising experience preferred
- ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- food and beverage industry experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel to client sites
- passionate about providing world-class service
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

Job Duties
- Responsible for site visits and client retention
- assist branches with grand openings
- ensure compliance with local and national account standards
- review corporate compliance reporting
- develop and implement action plans to improve sales and control waste
- create account level incremental sales plans with local management
- track performance and increase profitability
- coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience
- build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales
- introduce new products to increase revenue
- drive compliance to merchandising standards
- assess performance through audit reports
- perform route driver duties when needed, including driving a company vehicle and maintaining vending equipment
