Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
- minimum 3 years driving experience
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel to client sites
- passion for providing world-class service
- ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- must comply with drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- minimum 3 years driving experience
- valid non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred or minimum 1 year related experience
- preferred experience in route management, retail, and merchandising
- ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation
- food and beverage experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel to client sites
- passion for providing world-class service
- ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
Job Duties
- Responsible for site visits and client retention
- assist branches with grand openings
- ensure compliance with local and national account standards
- develop and implement action plans to improve sales and control food waste
- develop account-level incremental sales plans with local management and track performance
- coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience
- build retail pricing opportunities and introduce new products to increase revenue
- drive compliance to merchandising standards
- assess performance by location through audit reports
- perform route driver duties when needed including delivering products and maintaining vending equipment
