Job Requirements

  • Valid non-CDL Class C driver's license
  • 3 years driving experience
  • ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
  • ability to travel to client sites
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to operate or learn operation of material handling equipment
  • passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred
  • two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • 3 years driving experience required
  • valid non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record required
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service preferred or minimum 1 year related experience
  • route management, retail and merchandising experience preferred
  • ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
  • food and beverage experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel to client sites
  • passion for providing world class service
  • ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

Job Duties

  • Responsible for site visits and client retention
  • assist branches with grand openings
  • ensure compliance with local and national account standards and review corporate compliance reporting
  • develop and implement action plans to improve sales, service, and control measures such as food waste and out of stock
  • develop an account level incremental sales plan with local management and track performance
  • coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
  • build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales, introduce new products to increase revenue
  • drive compliance to merchandising standards
  • assess performance by location through audit reports
  • perform route driver duties including delivering products and servicing vending equipment as needed
