Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • two year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
  • good driving record
  • 3-5 years customer service experience or minimum 2 years related experience
  • client-facing experience preferred
  • food and beverage experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel
  • able to lift 50 lbs consistently

Job Duties

  • Responsible for site visits and client retention
  • assist branches with grand openings
  • ensure compliance with local and national account standards and review corporate compliance reporting
  • develop and implement action plans to improve same-store sales and control V-9 such as food waste and operational services
  • develop an account level incremental sales plan with local management and track performance to increase profitability
  • coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
  • build retail pricing opportunities, encourage repeat sales, and introduce new products to increase revenue
  • drive compliance to merchandising standards
  • assess performance by location through audit reports
