Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to stand and work up to four hours at one location
  • Maintain personal appearance representing the company positively
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds
  • Must be 18 years of age at time of hire
  • Valid US state driver’s license
  • Become qualified and remain current in required disciplines

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
  • Previous front-line customer service experience
  • Airline experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Knowledge of Federal and company regulations
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
  • Capable of handling customer complaints and special requests
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer oriented with a positive and welcoming demeanor

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe environment for customers and crewmembers with proactive safety measures
  • Attend and participate in safety briefings and meetings
  • Deliver remarkable customer service by listening and communicating effectively
  • Facilitate check-in, boarding, and baggage management adhering to on-time performance
  • Assist customers needing wheelchair assistance with safe transport
  • Follow all Federal requirements and company standards
  • Maintain a One Crew attitude and assist other crewmembers
  • Contribute to station on-time performance
  • Create and update customer records per company standards
  • Lead customer service crewmembers in safety, security, training compliance, and customer service
  • Maintain crewmember training compliance
