Job Requirements

  • Proof of high school or GED completion
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license and clear driving record
  • ability to lift seventy pounds
  • successful completion of criminal history records check
  • successful completion of drug screen
  • availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of training course
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment
  • ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
  • previous airline experience preferred
  • previous employment as a front-line customer service provider preferred
  • basic knowledge of computer applications and programs preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
  • monitor computerized passenger boarding
  • assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
  • operate the jetway
  • work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
