Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- 10-year criminal history records check
- drug screen as required
- proof of high school or GED completion
- minimum 18 years of age
- ability to successfully complete gate agent training
- physical ability to lift 70 pounds
- ability to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular hours

- ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
- previous airline experience
- previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
- basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
Job Duties
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
- monitor computerized passenger boarding
- assist customers with special needs including arranging wheelchairs and managing unaccompanied minors
- change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
- operate the Jetway
- work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
