Job Duties
- create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service and maintaining cleanliness
- greet every member and guest with a smile and warm welcome
- answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions
- sign guests up for memberships and schedule personal training orientations
- assist with billing questions and member concerns
- assist housekeeping team by refilling supplies, disinfecting, folding towels, and stocking all areas
- manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars while merchandising products
