Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service and cleanliness
- greet every member and guest with a smile and warm welcome
- answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions
- sign guests up for memberships and schedule personal training orientation
- assist with billing questions and handle member concerns
- assist housekeeping team with club cleanliness including refilling supplies and folding towels
- manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars and keep the cooler stocked
