Job Duties
- Create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service and cleanliness
- Greet every member and guest with a smile and warm welcome
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions
- Sign guests up for memberships and schedule personal training orientations
- Assist with billing questions and member concerns
- Support housekeeping team with club cleanliness, including refilling supplies and folding towels
- Manage inventory of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars, and merchandise products
