Job Requirements
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies
- tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted
- open availability preferred
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- ability to be physically active for extended periods
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
- minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
- ability to understand and evaluate the profit and labor reports
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Job Duties
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
- educate managers and team members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity
- coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations
- manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere
- report to the owner/operator and work with other executive directors
- ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
- monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies
- demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store
- evaluate and make changes based on profit and labor reports
