Job Requirements

  • Must have basic computer and iPad competencies
  • tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted
  • open availability preferred
  • Friday and Saturday availability required
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • ability to be physically active for extended periods
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
  • minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
  • ability to understand and evaluate the profit and labor reports

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
  • educate managers and team members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity
  • coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations
  • manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere
  • report to the owner/operator and work with other executive directors
  • ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
  • monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies
  • demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store
  • evaluate and make changes based on profit and labor reports
