Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
  • Must have basic computer and iPad competencies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to be physically active for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and evaluate Profit and Labor Reports
  • Open availability preferred
  • Friday and Saturday availability required
  • Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
  • Educate managers and team members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations
  • Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors
  • Ensure smooth front of house/FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
  • Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies
  • Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store
  • Evaluate and make changes based on profit and labor reports
