Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management
- Basic computer and iPad competencies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports
- Open availability preferred
- Friday and Saturday availability required
- Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted

Job Duties
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team
- Educate managers and team members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations
- Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere
- Report to the owner/operator and work with other executive directors
- Ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies
