Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • consistently makes safety and security of self and others the priority
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
  • be at least 18 years of age
  • reliable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment
  • computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications
  • satisfactory completion of background investigation
  • satisfactory completion of drug test

Job Qualifications

  • preferred at least one year of providing customer service
  • computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications

Job Duties

  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries
  • assist customers with new reservations in person and over-the-phone
  • assist customers with checking in and preparing for their trip
  • support drivers and management team during operational issues such as fleet issues, accidents, weather conditions
  • perform other duties as needed
