Job Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • complete pre-employment background check
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience
  • 1+ year experience managing multiple phone lines
  • experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications
  • some scheduling and reservation software experience
  • cash handling experience

Job Duties

  • Respond to passenger inquiries via phone
  • manage and schedule reservations, including payment processing
  • monitor and coordinate daily scheduled route operations
  • provide excellent customer service
  • handle multiple phone lines effectively
  • maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
  • ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies
