Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end service environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end service environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with excellent emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to deliver premium concierge-level customer service
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Self-starter with initiative to improve systems and experiences

Job Duties

  • Ensure a professional and positive impression when greeting Customers, VIPs, and visitors
  • Coordinate assistance for Level One Customers, VIP visits, and events
  • Manage all aspects of VIP visits including accommodations, transportation, catering, and entertainment
  • Plan and execute high-profile customer events such as appreciation breakfasts and dinners
  • Coordinate with hangar and ramp personnel on customer arrivals and technical debriefs
  • Make recommendations to Customer Relations Manager for service improvements
  • Provide feedback on customer perceptions and satisfaction levels
  • Perform other assigned duties
