Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of professional office experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to travel to the conference including overnight stays
  • Ability to work more than eight hours per day and stand for long periods
  • Must live within commutable distance from Lawrence, KS headquarters
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate degree in business or related preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional office environment
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in person or phone
  • Excellent phone customer service skills and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Process GCSAA Conference and Trade Show registrations for attendees and exhibitors
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel
  • Conduct integrity reviews for data accuracy
  • Lead data entry and processing for the Rounds 4 Research auction
  • Coordinate fulfillment, report generation, validation, and documentation for GCSAA chapters
  • Provide customer service via call center phone coverage
  • Support the team with various projects and tasks
