Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Familiarity with simple mathematical functions like percentages and ratios
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of money handling experience
  • Ability to operate cashiering systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift materials up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of money handling experience
  • Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple math functions like percentages and ratios
  • Proficiency with Integrated Land Management System (ILMS) preferred
  • Experience using iNovah software preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accepts customer payments and processes transactions through the cashiering system
  • Makes changes and balances daily money collections
  • Reconciles cash, checks, and credit cards to summary reports
  • Acts as a source of information to the public and resolves citizen issues
  • Prints, retrieves, and distributes reports from the cashiering system
  • Performs other duties as assigned
