Job Requirements

- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and extended hours
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Basic cash handling and customer service abilities

Job Duties
- Greeting customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
- Building customer loyalty
- Up selling and meeting customers needs
- Ending customer transaction with a thank you, come again
- Responding to emergency situations and performing all required duties as indicated in safety manuals
- Cleaning facility and equipment during shifts, including restrooms, pump islands, food areas, and more
- Collecting payment from customers and encouraging additional purchases
- Interacting positively with the public and resolving basic customer service issues
- Communicating effectively both in person and by phone
- Preparing fast food items following instructions and recipes
- Adhering to company sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking standards
- Managing cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shifts
- Instructing customers on self-serve equipment use as necessary
- Preparing required reports for sales and funds
- Taking inventory of items and balancing money and reports
- Operating and maintaining facility equipment safely
- Stocking all shelves and walk-ins with merchandise
- Maintaining accurate time records
- Maintaining assigned cleanliness and safety areas
