Job Duties
- Greeting customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello
- Building customer loyalty
- Up selling and meeting customers needs
- Ending customer transaction with a thank you, come again
- Responding to emergency situations and performing duties as indicated in safety manuals
- Cleaning facility and equipment during shifts using process cards
- Collecting payments and encouraging additional purchases
- Interacting positively with the public and resolving basic customer service issues
- Communicating effectively both face to face and using the phone
- Preparing fast food and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Managing cash, merchandising, and equipment during assigned shifts
- Instructing customers on self-serve equipment as necessary
- Preparing reports accounting for all funds and products sold
- Taking inventory and balancing reports according to company policy
- Operating and maintaining equipment safely
- Stocking shelves including walk-ins
- Maintaining accurate time records
- Maintaining assigned clean and organized areas
