Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or hospitality
Must have or be willing to obtain TABC certification
Ability to multitask and manage scheduling
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle client issues professionally
Detail oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

TABC certification for serving alcoholic beverages
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with scheduling software preferred
Knowledge of drink preparation and bar service

Job Duties

Create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments
Maintain an efficient schedule to maximize barbers and stylists productivity
Notify grooming staff when a client has arrived
Check out clients after appointments
Prepare and serve signature drinks with TABC certification
Communicate potential client issues to grooming staff and leadership
Monitor appointment timeliness and make scheduling adjustments to stay on track
