Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer-facing role
- must be TABC certified or obtain certification upon hire
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments
- maintain an efficient schedule to maximize barbers and stylists
- notify grooming staff when clients arrive
- check out clients after appointments
- make and serve signature drinks (must be TABC certified)
- communicate client issues to grooming staff and leadership
- monitor appointment timeliness and adjust schedule to stay on track
