Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Basic proficiency with cash registers and credit/debit terminals
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and stocking tasks
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greets customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Works safely to avoid harm to self, customers, co-workers, equipment, or inventory
- Processes checkout, exchange, and return transactions using cash registers and card terminals
- Makes helpful recommendations and identifies opportunities to sell additional merchandise
- Answers incoming phone calls professionally and provides information on orders, products, and promotions
- Replenishes merchandise and maintains neat product presentation on shelves
- Monitors store entrances and exits to promote safety and security
- Performs daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Provides assistance with other team functions as needed
- Performs all other job functions as assigned
