Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experiences
- recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items
- manages transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- takes inventory and maintains records
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements company asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with state and local laws for regulated products
- constructs and maintains displays and promotional merchandise
- assists with proper product placement and stock rotation
- provides customer service in the photo area including digital passport photo services
- handles web order pickups and customer deliveries
- assists with exterior and interior store maintenance
- complies with all company policies and procedures
- completes special assignments as required
- attends training and completes PPLs assigned by management
