Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of store operations
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico)

- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
Job Duties
- models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolves customer issues and answers questions
- recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion products
- processes cash transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, takes inventory, and prices merchandise
- implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
- ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- constructs and maintains promotional and seasonal displays
- assists with food item separation and stock rotation
- provides customer service in the photo area and manages web order pick-ups
- assists with store upkeep including interior and exterior maintenance
- complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers
- completes trainings and special assignments as directed
