- Capacity to maintain organized merchandising and inventory records

Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Recommends items for sale to customers and promotes companion items
- Processes transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, takes inventory, and prices merchandise
- Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Constructs and maintains displays including promotional and seasonal merchandise
- Assists with food item separation and stock rotation
- Provides customer service in photo area including digital passport photos and promotional product sales
- Assumes web pick-up responsibilities including monitoring and filling online orders
- Assists with store maintenance to ensure a neat, orderly appearance
- Completes special assignments as directed
- Attends training and completes personal development programs as assigned
