Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and schedule appointments on phone and in person
  • Maintain appearance of lobby
  • Support teammates in all aspects of customer service
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Manage multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and accuracy in all tasks
