Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to follow store policies and procedures
- availability to work part-time hours
- physical ability to perform housekeeping and stocking tasks

Job Duties
- Greets customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- works safely to avoid harm to self and others
- processes checkout, exchange, and return transactions using cash registers and card terminals
- makes helpful product recommendations and identifies upselling opportunities
- answers incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesies
- replenishes merchandise and arranges products on shelves
- monitors store entrances for safety and security
- performs daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- assists with other functions to support the team
- performs all other job functions as assigned
