Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- strong organizational and communication skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
- ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions
- maintain cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- perform other duties as assigned
