Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
- must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
- strong organizational and communication skills required
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Job Duties
- assist customers with questions and recommendations
- manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
- stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- other duties as assigned
