Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height
- Must meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Other duties as assigned
