Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures
- ability to follow security protocols
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Able to read, write and perform math skills in English
- able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal and stressful conditions
Job Duties
- Operate cleaning equipment safely
- prepare cleaning chemicals correctly
- apply appropriate cleaning procedures and chemicals
- maintain preventative maintenance on equipment
- follow security measures when cleaning medication rooms and refrigerators
- participate in process improvement activities
- perform other assigned duties
