Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country

  • Strong computer proficiency including typing skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Proficiency in English

  • Proven experience working well within a team
  • 100 percent customer focus with proven experience in a customer facing environment

Job Duties

  • Provide world class customer service by managing the rental and occasionally return process in compliance with Hertz's policies and procedures
  • Welcome each customer with a smile
  • Proudly represent Hertz with your professional appearance, language and behavior
  • Focus on providing a clean and safe vehicle to every customer every time
  • Take ownership of each customer's service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues
  • Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration
  • Utilize company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer wants and needs
