Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- strong written and verbal English communication skills
- demonstrated customer service experience

- alcohol beverage awareness card (TAM Card) may be required
- additional security clearance may be required
- satisfactory criminal background check and drug testing may be required
Job Duties
- Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience
- maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate
- remains knowledgeable of the store's merchandise and current promotions
- assists in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store
- maintains store displays and merchandise
- assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise
- replenishes backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor
- conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed
- performs opening and closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security
- communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner
- if identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned
- other duties as assigned
