Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
  • Ability to push/pull 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to participate in paid training for eight consecutive days
  • Ability to learn and use an iPad and computerized check-in system
  • Must have an Enhanced ID/Driver's license (REAL ID), valid Passport, or be able to supply compliant documents to obtain a SIDA badge at time of hire
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to approach guests with a smile and greeting
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Must not have visible tattoos on face, front of neck, or chest
  • One small tattoo per hand
  • Other tattoos limited in size and location according to policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service or community service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures
  • Ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work with large diverse groups of people

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with travel needs such as answering questions, checking-in guests, boarding flights
  • Perform iPad, computer, and paperwork tasks
  • Perform boarding and gate duties including driving jetbridge for loading and unloading, making gate announcements, assigning seats, rebooking guests who miss flights, and assisting guests with disabilities including pushing wheelchairs
  • Assist and de-escalate upset guests to provide a positive travel experience
  • Assist guests whose bags are missing or damaged by taking baggage claims, providing options for repair or replacement, and helping locate missing bags
  • Perform duties of varying capacities as directed by management to ensure complete guest satisfaction
