Job Requirements
- Must be a resident of the State of Washington
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- no future work authorization sponsorship available
- ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
- may be required to obtain a Customs Seal for international flights
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 70 pounds and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing
- must comply with company attendance and appearance standards
- ability to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to complete Customer Service Agent training with 80% or greater average
- ability to work under stressful conditions and time constraints
- ability to handle emergencies
- must be well-groomed
- foreign language skills desirable but not required

Job Duties
- Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
- work cooperatively to ensure company success
- provide legendary customer service for travel, cargo, and baggage needs
- operate computerized point-of-sale systems handling ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and complaint resolution
- greet and assist customers politely and manage various forms of payment
- check in baggage and cargo efficiently
- answer phones, provide information, page customers, resolve problems or complaints
- handle boarding transactions effectively
- resolve mishandled situations such as oversells, delays, cancellations, and lost or damaged luggage
- provide accurate fare, schedule, reservation, and flight information
- complete required forms, reports, irregularity, and complaint documents
- perform duties as required based on station size and organizational structure
- meet physical ability requirements
- perform additional duties as directed by leadership
