Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work shift work and/or overtime
  • Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per company standards
  • Ability to lift and/or move items up to 70 pounds regularly
  • Must comply with company attendance standards
  • Must be able to use computer keyboard with sufficient speed
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints
  • Must be willing to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • No current or future work authorization sponsorship available
  • Must complete mandated training and evaluations
  • Ability to perform all job functions within a limited space

Job Qualifications

  • No education requirement
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to type and use computer keyboard efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations
  • Successful completion of Customer Service Agent training program with an average of 80% or greater
  • Ability to obtain SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
  • Ability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • U.S. citizenship or work authorization as required
  • Ability to lift and move weights up to 70 pounds regularly
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Awareness of hazardous situations and emergency handling ability
  • Commitment to company grooming and attendance standards

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Work cooperatively to ensure company success
  • Deliver legendary customer service addressing travel, cargo, and baggage needs
  • Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolve related complaints
  • Perform cash, check, credit card, travel voucher, and coupon transactions accurately
  • Check in baggage and cargo
  • Provide information and assist via telephone and paging
  • Manage boarding processes efficiently
  • Address mishandled customers due to oversells, delays, cancellations, or lost/damaged luggage
  • Provide accurate fare, schedule, reservations, and flight information
  • Complete required forms, reports, irregularity, and complaint documentation
  • Adapt duties as per station size and organization
  • Meet physical ability requirements
  • Perform other job duties as directed by leadership
